What are the check in and check out times?
Hours check-in is from 15:00h. The check-out shall be made before 12:00 pm. The reception hours are from 8:00h to 23:00h. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us.
How do I make changes to my booking? how can I cancel it?
If you want to make any type of management in your booking you can call us at +34 683 36 97 23 or by entering "your reservation" by following steps in order to modify it.
Can I request a transfer from the airport to the accommodation?
You can always apply for the shuttle service both to the airport and from the hotel. Service payment is not included in the price of the stay.
Can you smoke in the rooms?
No, it is not allowed to smoke inside the rooms.
What is the schedule of the Coffee Masanet?
We will be open from 08:00 to 15:30. We provide breakfast (included for guests) and lunches.
Can I go to the Terrace without being a guest?
Access to the terrace is currently exclusive for hotel guests.
Can children stay?
The MASANET is a hotel-adults only, from the age of 16.
Breakfast is included?
Breakfast is included in the staybeing a la carte menu of options of sweet and savory, with juice, coffee, tea and water included.
How does the Wi-fi work?
We will provide the key at the beginning of your stay and you will have a connection throughout the hotel for any device.
